Bought one of these 12 years ago and it just broke back to buy another one...always know where boom mic is no matter what the conditions

"I have new fire gear that Microphone keeps coming off the attached loops on coat near my chest/neck. will this clip be good for this application and keep the microphone from falling to the ground and dragging?"

Hey, is there a reason that your mic keeps coming off of the mic loops on your coat? This Gear Keeper will work the same way as your loops you have now, before you spend the extra money lets figure out why the loops aren't working, do you have a clip on the back of your mic?
